That’s a wrap on the first ever Step Classic charity golf tournament! What a day it was! And dang I have been overwhelmed with the support in making this day happen. Story time in the mean streets of Denver…moral of the story is most buyers who are shopping right now need to feel they’re getting a good deal or else they’ll just keep looking. Big emphasis on FEEL. The feelings of it all are what could make or break a seller going under contract. If it’s really a fair position…could be argued. But with inventory tipping over 15,000 units in Denver buyers have options. For my sellers with any offer in, I am wrapping each offer and buyer in a little blanket, kissing their head and telling them how appreciative we are of the offer - what we do with it is up to my sellers.

Exciting times when there’s drama with the fed…Mortgage rates just saw their biggest single day drop in over a year following a week jobs report AND updates reports showing weaker metrics for the past two months. Good news for my buyers and sellers. And I am cautiously optimistic that we’ll continue to see better rates.
