Direction From Downtown Steamboat: Lincoln Avenue, turn left at library onto 13th street which turns into RCR33 (aka 20 mile road), Take about 12 miles to T at CR 179 and turn right, then immediately on your left into Vista Ridge, go up about a mile to the lot on the right. It's approximately 14 miles from town. Lot sign for Lot 9 is about the middle of the Property. There is also a Lot 9/10 sign near the electrical box on one edge of the property. The white plastic pipe is where the well is. The white pipe can be found at the far side of property closer to the cul de sac and then if you look down the lot through the open area you should be able to spot it.
